17-24

#48. My sister came home from WSU to surprise my parents for the weekend. Her first stop was visiting my cousin and I for a nice home-cooked meal. Chili and biscuits!

#49. Jeans were on sale for $19 at Old Navy. Couldn't pass them up.

#50. I visited a new church today. This was the "if you are here for the first time, we have a gift for you" gift.

#51. Today was my first paid holiday. I spent all day working on a project and then went out for TCBY with my cousin after dinner. I had the Mango sorbet with fresh strawberries and blackberries on top.

#52. I felt like painting my nails today. Can you tell that I've used this one a lot?

#53. Dinner with my co-workers. These girls are awesome! Lisa is on the left and Marina is on the right.

#54. I forgot to take a picture today! Oops. I had a free redbox rental that I used on this movie. I'm glad this movie was free...it was pretty boring and kind of weird. If you haven't seen it, don't waste your time with it.

#55. Dinner with my best friend! I haven't seen her since before Christmas, it was so good to see her! (and no, we did not eat dinner sitting this close to each other...that would be weird)

11-16

#42. Two friends and I went to see Brad Paisley! It was an incredible show and I think I speak for all of us when I say we'd go again in a heartbeat. Scotty McCreery opened, the Band Perry followed, then it was Brad Paisley for over an hour straight. We couldn't have asked for a better show!

#43. I made Pre-Valentine cupcakes for my office. I work out of the office at a different location on Tuesdays, and since Valentine's day fell on a Tuesday, I had to make these a bit early. The bottom half of the cupcakes were pink cake, not sure why it's yellow in the picture. Everyone loved them and they disappeared within 2 hours of me putting them out! I'm thinking St. Patty's Day cupcakes are in order...

#44. I came home to this. My roommate was preparing to fill her boss' office with balloons. She blew up 72 in one night. Holy cow!

#45. Crockpot chicken tacos were on the menu tonight! This is my brand new crockpot and this was the first time I used it. It went well!

#46. Strawberries caught my eye at the grocery store. They are huge and delicious!

#47. I had to leave work early today because I didn't feel well at all. Tums and a 2.5 hour nap seemed to help! (not the most exciting photo, but it's all I had for the day)

6-10

#37. I got my name tag at work today! (I blurred out the phone number and address because I don't know who all read this blog).

#38. I had a really rough day at work today and a rather unpleasant encounter with a client. This was the verse on my daily calendar that day. Very fitting.

#39. I don't know what you would use this for, but I saw it at the grocery store and thought it was worth of a photo. Squeeze garlic anyone?

#40. Homemade Zuppa Toscana! (Olive Garden soup)

#41. I got a Valentine package in the mail today from my friend's mom! Lots of goodies were in it, including these little heart candies.

2-5

I know it's been a while, but I am still taking photos! I've been busy and haven't had much time to upload anything until now.

#33. This is my desk at the beginning of my third week at work. It pretty much looks like this everyday. Files and notepads everywhere!

#34. As I was packing to move, I came across these two textbooks. We all have those moments in school when we think "when will I ever use this again?!" Well, now I can use these books again. I have taken them to work for future reference.

#35. Moving day!

#36. Making homemade guacamole!

29-1

#29. I recently finished this project for a friend. It's a book cover! (yes, the idea came from pinterest)

#30. My supervisor gave me a Dove chocolate and I thought the message was ironic. I've done nothing but make time for myself for the last 3 months...I'm ready to work! Haha.

#31. As a 'congrats on the new job' gift, my parents bought me this new comforter! I've been eyeing it at Kohl's for over a year now and I am very excited to use it on my bed when I move into my new place this coming weekend.

#32. Whew, I successfully made it through one whole month with Photo of the Day! Let's see if I can keep it up for 11 more. My coworker and I stopped what we were doing for about 10 minutes today and just looked out our window. This huge rainbow was so bright and pretty! It was a full arc too, I just couldn't get it all in one picture. (blurry picture due to ipod photo)

25-28

#25. I made these memory game/matching game tiles for a friend's baby's 1st birthday. Another friend gave me the idea and I love how it turned out! (see photo 28 for the adorable birthday boy who received these)

#26. I've been getting this message for weeks now and I'm getting very irritated. My Nikon is out of commission. I know what the problem is and have tried to fix it, but to no avail. Either a repair or a new camera is in the future...

#27. Stacy and I love going to Chopstix! It's a dueling piano bar and it is a blast. The one we have been going to is in Tacoma, but with my upcoming move, we won't be able to keep going there. We decided we should head down there for one last hurrah before I move. If you haven't been to Chopstix, you need to check it out!

#28. Happy 1st Birthday Hunter!!! Here is me and the clothes-less birthday boy. We took a few photos and couldn't get him to look at the camera, but hey, he's still cute anyway.

18-24

#18. We woke up to 6 inches of snow! The only logical thing to do was get out the three-wheeler and tie an inner tube to the back. We were able to go up and down the main streets around our house because there was so much snow and so few cars!

#19. After the snow hit, the ice hit. We got a total of almost an inch of ice by the time the freezing rain stopped falling.

#20. Some perspective on how thick the ice was!

#21. Homemade enchiladas for dinner :)

#22. Game night! Well, it seems that more nights than not end up being game night lately. What can I say? I love games.

#23. Oh look...another game! My brother got Trailer Park Wars in a Christmas gift exchange. Before you pass any judgement, I think you should play it yourself. Once we figured out how to play, it was actually very fun...and funny! The main goal is to collect as many of the pink flamingos as possible.

#24. My second day of work and they already have my name outside the door! My supervisor told me that now I am legit. Good to know. (ignore the blurry photo...taken with my ipod)
